THE LOOP ACADEMY - GROWING CREATIVE BUSINESSES

nmp Ltd. have recently been commissioned by CIDS – Greater Manchester’s Creative Industries Development Service – to design and deliver a series of themed academy days to support business development for growing creative enterprises in the region. The four themes sessions: Building company structures; Pitching and selling; Leadership and management; and Raising finance, combined presentations from practitioners with case studies, practical exercises, networking opportunities and surgeries. Speakers were drawn from leaders in their field and included representatives from Brahm, Real Time Engineering, Coutts Media Bank, KPMG and Sliver Films. 
 
Feedback from the events has been very positive, with participants enjoying the combination of inspirational speakers and practical advice tailored to the specific needs of creative enterprises looking to grow. Comments have included:
